Proximety to city centre. Staff helpful and courteous. Meals very acceptable Room spacious and comfortable Although I found a parking space it was at a premium and some guests parked their cars without thought for others ie one car took up two spaces. Would certainly come back when staying in Aberdeen
Walking distance to city centre, good range of facilities
Extremely small car parking spaces - advertised as having free parking but there were limited spaces available
The hotel is at the top end of 4*, lacking only adequate car parking facilities (which could be overcome by reaching some accommodation with ACC in respect of use of the Chapel St CP). The staff, however, lift the hotel to another level with their friendly, helpful and accommodating attitude. A special mention to Gary in the dining room, who helped out when kilt stockings were required.
Lack of car parking facilities.
Staff were excellent, very helpful. I would definitely recomemnd this hotel to anyone visiting Aberdeen city.
The underground car park is a bit tight, but you have to expect this with city centre hotels.
The hotel is central and in a quiet location. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful. The rooms were a good size. The standard of cleanliness was pretty good the furniture and fittings are a bit dated but everything was clean. The bed linen was nice and fresh and a good quality of very soft cotton. Breakfast was very good and there was a good selection. All in all we had a very pleasant and comforatable stay.
Couldn't get served at the bar on the Saturday night. Waited ages. Gave up.
We had an enjoyable stay - the Staff were all very helpful and polite.
Incredibly pleasant Room Service!
Slow lift (elevator)!
A well appointed hotel with good facilities and close to the centr of town with car parking close to hand.
Accesss to the upper floors is limited
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I wondered how the hotel was a 4 *. The bedroom was just basic enough.
It was central, the food in the bar was good as was breakfast.
Didn't like that our room was above function room so didn't sleep till after 1am both nights.
close to city centre
breakfasr was very poor
Location. Good breakfast.
Lack of outlook from room.
Great vegetarian breakfast - particularly the sausages.
a charming small hotel ideally located with very charming staff members who were very pleasant, and an excellent breakfast to start your day.wonderfull
