I loved the really quiet location and the staff was cheerful! The room was reasonably sized and stocked, and I slept very well. They provided a such good continental breakfast on site. The whole experience was special.
-
Immaculate rooms and staff, I enjoyed it. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. Very comfortable stay in a recently refurbished hotel.
-
The facilities were so clean and the staff CHARMING. Generous breakfast, amazing food choice. Very central location, next to duthie park.
-
Everything was perfect and liked my stay there. The very attentive staff made my stay really comfortable.
-
Staff were more than helpful and the hotel was clean enough. They placed us in a standard double room which was large and immaculate. Bar staff went the extra mile for us. The breakfast was enjoyable with both - hot food and a drink. Shopping area, super central location. The service in bar was admirable, everything was okay.
-
everything was nice including staff and amenities. it's worth staying here and exploring aberdeen city centre district. furthermore, free wi fi was a great addition.
-
The staff are friendly, alright food, spacious room. We liked Copthorne Aberdeen from the moment we entered.
Shame the bathroom was flooded.

We would definitely go again, if we come to Aberdeen. We really enjoyed facilities and location and great prices.
Nothing to fault!
-
Perfect location, easy to reach the city centre and the hotel was clean
-
Proximety to city centre. Staff helpful and courteous. Meals very acceptable Room spacious and comfortable Although I found a parking space it was at a premium and some guests parked their cars without thought for others ie one car took up two spaces. Would certainly come back when staying in Aberdeen
-
Walking distance to city centre, good range of facilities
Extremely small car parking spaces - advertised as having free parking but there were limited spaces available
-
The hotel is at the top end of 4*, lacking only adequate car parking facilities (which could be overcome by reaching some accommodation with ACC in respect of use of the Chapel St CP). The staff, however, lift the hotel to another level with their friendly, helpful and accommodating attitude. A special mention to Gary in the dining room, who helped out when kilt stockings were required.
Lack of car parking facilities.

Staff were excellent, very helpful. I would definitely recomemnd this hotel to anyone visiting Aberdeen city.
The underground car park is a bit tight, but you have to expect this with city centre hotels.
-
The hotel is central and in a quiet location. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful. The rooms were a good size. The standard of cleanliness was pretty good the furniture and fittings are a bit dated but everything was clean. The bed linen was nice and fresh and a good quality of very soft cotton. Breakfast was very good and there was a good selection. All in all we had a very pleasant and comforatable stay.

Breakfast.
Couldn't get served at the bar on the Saturday night. Waited ages. Gave up.
